Gathering Together - keeping you safe

In order to be able to meet together safely we have a few guidelines in place to ensure everyone feels comfortable.

With your cooperation will do our absolute best to make Raindrops as safe as possible.

 

If you suspect you may have Coronavirus, have had a positive test or have been in contact with someone who has Coronavirus, please do not attend the session.

 

If you attend the group and become unwell with Covid-19 related symptoms, please leave the group immediately contacting TEC either via email or phone ASAP

Face Coverings

Please can we ask everyone in attendance to wear a face covering whilst entering, leaving or moving around in the building. Face coverings may be removed when on your mat. The need for face coverings does not apply to those under 11 yrs and those who are exempt for medical reasons.

 

Social Distancing

Social distancing rules are no longer legally required, but we would ask those in attendance to continue to exercise social distancing out of consideration for anyone attending that is clinically vulnerable. Each booking will be allocated a mat where you are encouraged to remain throughout the session. 

 

Hand Sanitiser

There will be hand sanitiser available as you arrive, please use this before entering the session.

 

Arriving and Leaving

Where possible please refrain from congregating together in the corridor before and after the session. Please head straight into the main hall when you arrive and leave as soon as you can afterwards.

 

Snacks

Unfortunately we are unable to provide snacks, you may bring milk or water for your child if needed for the session. Please do not bring food.

There will be sanitising equipment available in the toilets for you to use.
